Hi Ho, Hi Ho, it’s off to France I go. I will not talk about Portsmouth traffic except to say my first 128 miles took 21/2 hours and the last 10 miles took 50 minutes. Being pathologically early meant I was in plenty of time for the almost empty ferry! It was a lovely afternoon in Portsmouth with a moderate breeze and warm sunshine, ideal for attempting to capture the views as we departed. I am sure the big ship is a cruise ship but it might be considered by some a prison ship. :-) Enjoy.
