We planned a walk at Old Warden for Thursday morning and a bit of wet snow did not deter us. It was nice to get out for some interesting winter images around the gardens and paddocks. The temptation to take some monochrome images could not be resisted with, as Joni Mitchell would sing, the naked trees looking great. A little plot of daffodils were looking a bit sorry for themselves. On the drive in we glimpsed a decent sized flock of greylag and Canada geese so a quick dab on the breaks and out with the camera was worth getting cold.
