Welcome to the monthly music session in Moggerhanger Village Hall. The evening went very well, managed by Stuart, with a couple of issues. First the most important one. We missed calling one of our regular performers Mark. It has happend before, not to Mark, and no doubt will happen again despite our best efforts. The second issue was the direct responsibility of the tech guy. That would be me! The camera malfunctioned throughout the first half meaning no GoPro video. The sound is recorded separately so at least we got the excellent music. Fortunately Hilary’s husband shot some video as did Steve so all was not lost. I have edited the video in two parts, as on the night, and they can be found here. I have added a couple of photos below to set the scene and a more comprehensive set can be found here. I have included a view of the kit that somehow fits into my car and then how the “stage” looks before it is muddled around to suit the various perfomers. Slip ups aside it was a fine evening, welcoming the return of Neil, Mike M and Hilary as well as enjoying Jimmy’s set for the first time.
