There is always a show off

Who’s a pretty boy then. the blue boy was more interested in his reflection in the gardener’s hut window and could have been saying in peacock “So what?”. It is quite rare to see the peacocks at Old Warden but my timing was right as the gardeners had put out some feed for them. The daffodils are springing up all over the garden and I can never get enough of the light through the stained glass in the tiny chapel. In the engineering hanger there was a little birthday celebration for the first flight of the Supermarine Spitfire, 90 years ago last Thursday. The example here is much younger, only 84 years old! I was in Basingstoke yesterday for a family funeral and the full moon guided me home in the late afternoon. I popped out later to capture it after dark.
