A factor while living on the edge of a continent is always the ocean and with it comes the potential for rapidly changing weather. Yesterday the sun was shining in a clear sky at Ely but the day before at Anglesey Abbey the mist was clinging to the landscape. Both interesting so not a problem. Here are some photos from yesterday in Ely and on Monday at Anglesey Abbey. The sun is not always a photographers friend, particularly when trying to to catch subtle shades such as in flowers and spring is certainly starting to show in the gardens at the abbey. In the final photo the strange lady seems to be offering me a hat!
