The RSPB Lodge Reserve is alive with hoverflies, bees, potter wasps and longhorn beetles as well as lots of tiny little bugs. Not too many butteflies this week as it is probably just a little too cool. Here are a few snaps along the way. There are also some interesting seed pods growing. I don’t know what the hairy ones are but the others are sycamore, I am pretty sure.
